The Langtang Region is a popular trekking destination located in the central Himalayas of Nepal. The region is named after the Langtang Valley, which is surrounded by the Langtang Himalayan range. The highest altitude in the Langtang Region is the summit of Langtang Lirung, which stands at 7,227 meters (23,711 feet) above sea level. The high-altitude destinations in the Langtang Region are Kyanjin Ri, a peak that stands at 4,773 meters (15,658 feet) and offers panoramic views of the surrounding mountains also including Tserko Ri (4,984 meters/16,348 feet), and Gosainkunda Lake (4,380 meters/14,370 feet).

The trek typically takes 14 days and is suitable for experienced trekkers.
